SUPPLEMENTAL AGENDA

Authorize the Chief Executive Officer, with the concurrence of Chief Counsel, to execute an agreement retaining Nossaman, LLP as SBCERA’s fiduciary counsel, and authorize Chief Counsel to take such further actions as may be necessary to effectuate Nossaman, LLP’s transition into this role in place of Manatt, Phelps and Phillips, LLP.
